Tristan da Silva is a German–Brazilian forward currently playing for the Orlando Magic in the NBA. He was born in Munich, Germany, in 2001, and played four seasons for the University of Colorado where he became a go-to two-way wing, averaging up to 16.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, and shooting nearly 39.5 % from three in his senior season.
Selected 18th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft, da Silva brings length, shooting touch, and defensive versatility to Orlando’s roster. In his rookie season, he showed flashes of his potential by stepping into increased roles — especially when injuries opened up minutes — and finishing multiple games with solid all-around contributions.
Known most for his spacing, IQ, and ability to guard multiple positions, Tristan da Silva is a young forward to watch as he develops into a more consistent scoring threat while maintaining his defensive impact.
